What a great service and guy! I needed to have my snowblower repaired and tuned up. I have no way to transport it for service, so I looked up ICU. Derek set an appointment, and came out to my home. Great response and service. Great pricing. I had a problem with my snow blower. Derek came over to my place, diagnosed the problem, procured parts for the repair and returned to complete the work. All of it done on my driveway. So glad I didn't have to take the machine to a shop and wait weeks to get it back. Would definitely use their services again for future repairs and maintenance.

Power washer with Honda engine stopped working in the middle of job. Found ICU on C List and gave them a call. The owner came to my house looked at machine and informed me that it was internal motor problem. I told him I needed it fixed or had to buy a new one. He took the machine back to his shop. Called me back the next morning. Informed me he had a used motor in his shop and swap it out. He had it back to me the next day! Very reasonable!!!!!! Very dependable! Washer runs great!

Derek responded to my inquiry the same day and made it here the next morning. I had a newspaper caught in the 2nd auger of my 2 stage snow thrower. It hadn't been maintained in its 11 year life except for maybe one oil change and a spark plug. Derek changed the drive & auger belts (they were cracked & ready to disappoint me), fixed the auger control, fixed the auger cruise control (my term), changed the oil &  plug, adjusted the skids and more. He came equipped with all the parts he needed and blew through the job. Its like a new $1k machine. I asked him to tune up my lawn mower and sharpen the blade since the bill for the snow thrower was so low. The first snow is coming the day after tomorrow and I can't wait (who'd have thought I would ever say that). Thanks Derek!

Derek came over and tuned up our snowblower for the winter, and even got my headlight on the blower to work. He got our generator up an running and even cleaned out the 4 legged critters that took up residence in the generator. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing to us. I highly recommend calling ICU for any type of lawn or snow removal equipment you need repaired or tuned up for the season.

I was having mechanical issues with my riding mower, which was not allowing the mower to stay engaged. I found ICU through a neighborhood Facebook page and was able to schedule an on-site home appointment to access the mower. They were on time, spend time explaining the problem while working through it, and quiet frankly exceeding the expectations I had.  Anyone ever having to cart their mower to a service center knows what an inconvenience that is, so to have ICU come to me and do the work at my home was a huge relief. I would highly recommend ICU for the quality of work and the convenience of the service they provide.
